Although every attempt was made to get this up yesterday, it's better late than never (and at least is up before the Easter Vigil!) :) People have been asking two questions for centeries... Was this the only way that God could have saved us? Why did Jesus have to undergo such a horrible death to save us? We can't wait to share with you how the Church answers these questions through scripture and the writings of amazing saints like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas. Although this short synopsis can only touch on this deep subject, it still provides enlightenment and encouragement for all of the faithful!

I am sure that there are still some who don't know the reason why Jesus chose to have Himself crucified. He did that because he loved His people so much. The love that He has for us, regardless of the idea that we aren't perfect and have shortcomings towards him, is truly boundless that He is ready to do everything for the whole humanity. He wants to save us from the sins we have committed for us to have an everlasting life. How I wish we will all choose to be good people too as a way of returning the love.
